Tuesday, August 11 — Sawan Shivratri + Second North Mangala Gauri + Kanwar climax
Sawan Shivratri (Shravana Masik Shivaratri) falls on Tuesday, August 11, 2026. For New Delhi, Drik Panchang lists Nishita Kaal puja around 12:05 AM–12:48 AM on August 12, with night worship divided into four prahars. This is the classic day for Kanwariyas to complete jalabhishek.
